Purchasing an Upgrade or paying for a course
Upgrade a free course whenever you like
There are no deadlines for upgrade or certificate purchases. You can upgrade (or buy a certificate on a free course which doesn't offer upgrades) anytime, even if the course has finished.
Pay in a convenient currency
We determine what currency you're charged in based on your IP address. It's not currently possible to change the currency that you are being asked to pay in, however we hope to be able to offer this in the future.
We'll send you a confirmation email
We'll email you when your payment is successful. If you haven't received an email, please check it's not in your spam folder and that the email address on your settings page is right. If you can't find the email, make a note of your order number, which is shown on the “Thanks for your order" page. If you’re still unsure, contact us at email@example.com
Receipts and invoices
We can't issue invoices or receipts apart from our order confirmation email, which contains the breakdown of the price (including the VAT and our VAT details) - you should be able to use this for company expense claims.
If you've placed an order but haven't received this email, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll resend it. Please note that we can only send these emails to the email address linked to your Knowledge Ka Adda account.
Pay using a secure system
There are two ways to pay with Knowledge Ka Adda:
We use the payment gateway Stripe for card transactions. Both knowledgekaadda.in and Stripe are PCI compliant. Your card details are transmitted entirely securely and in addition, all of our pages are served securely over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Alternatively, if you'd like to pay using Paytm , select 'Pay with Paytm' at the checkout. You'll then be taken to Paytm's secure site to complete your purchase.
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit/credit cards or PayPal. We’re sorry, but we can’t accept Western Union, payment over the phone, or any other method.
Organizations wishing to pay in bulk
Our voucher code system lets organizations pay in bulk for Upgrades, or standalone certificates on courses which offer them. For more info or to order vouchers please email email@example.com.

Claiming a refund
You can find out whether you’re eligible for a refund in our refund policy.
To claim a refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase number (you can find this in the order confirmation email we sent you.)
We don’t charge you anything in addition to the advertised price of our products for shipping. The cost of shipping certificates to you is incorporated into the price of our paid products.
Please select your country from the drop down list and complete the remainder of the address in the language your local postal service will best understand. The service will send the envelope to the country selected and once it arrives there your local postal service will be able to read the rest of the address and deliver it to the correct location.
Changing your shipping address
Please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number - if we haven't already sent your certificate we can change your shipping address.
Our system is automated, so unfortunately we can't speed it up.

Discounts and financial
We can't give scholarships or financial aid to learners right now, but we'd like to do this in the future.
Some of our courses are sponsored courses, which offer free digital upgrades.
We offer discounts as part of some campaigns (for example promotions or as part of research). Our support team don't have discount codes to give out to individual learners.
